Discussion on the Higher Education Reform by Employment Difficulties for Computer Majors

Abstract

At present,the undergraduate studying computer specialty has faced a continuously decreasing on employment rate.The most important reason is it comes apart between the talent-cultivation mode of university and the current demand for undergraduate at computer specialty.Based on the education situation of computer specialty and the requirement of cultivating innovative talents,we describe that computer education of universities must to solve these problems of the talents cultivating pattern,the construction of the teaching staff and the cultivation of comprehensive quality,etc.
