Abstract

The higher education in China is transferring from elite education to mass talents education.The employment pressure is severe at present.These bring new challenge to talents training of computer specialty in teaching-research colleges and universities.It gives the analysis of the Existing Problems in talents training of computer specialty in teaching-research colleges and universities.And then it gives the measures,such as optimizing basic course,strengthening special course,enhancing basic skills and optimizing semester course planning.
