Relationship of endometrial thickness on the HCG injection day and the clinical pregnancy rate

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the relationship of endometrial thickness and the clinical pregnancy rate of IVF-D.Methods: 52 fresh IVF-D cycles were analyzed retrospectively in clinical information,divided into groups by endometrial thickness on the HCG injection day:Group A(78.9 mm),group B(9-15 mm),compare their clinical pregnancy rate.Results: The clinical pregnancy rate in group B(60.00 %) was significantly higher than that in group A(18.18%,P0.05).Conclusion: Ultrasound can accurately display endometrial thickness.Endometrial thickness in 9-16 mm is favorable for embryo implantation.
