Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of endostar on the cell proliferation periods of human lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549.Methods: A549 cells were divided into control group and endostar groups. The growth restrain rate of the A549 cells was determind by MTT,and the cell proliferation periods of the A549 cells were analyzed. Results: Endostar had obviously the function of inhibited obviously the A549 cell growth in a concentration-dependant manner, and the inhibitory rate was 76.7% when the concentration of endostar was 25 μg/L.Endostar A549 cells at G2/M and S periods. Conclusion: Endostar has obvious inhibitory effect on the growth of A549 cells at G2/M and S periods.
