Abstract

The spores of Aspergillus niger AN00101 producing phytase was induced mutagenesis by Ultraviolet and N-methyl -N′-nitro-nitrosoguanedine. Then N28 strain was obtained. Its phytase activity increased 47 percent than that of A. niger AN00101, and the ability of producing phytase was stable.
