Abstract
Non-lawsuit procedure is a special embodiment of public protection in the field of civil disputes.Under harmonious social environment,the internal and external values of non-lawsuit procedure are prominent,which can not only finish the trails of civil disputes cases quickly and effectively but also achieve the goal of pro empty problem to civil disputes.Analyzing the present situation and defects of Chinese non-lawsuit procedure from the levels of legislation and practice and putting forward effective improvement approaches macro and micro dimensions will be helpful to the overall perfection of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.
