On the State and Improvement of the Chinese Current Lawsuit Functions

Abstract

Several defects undermining the functional system of Chinese lawsuit are elaborated.On this basis analysis is made of their causes,and proposals initiated as to the solid goal aimed at in pursuit of the lawsuit functional system with modern qualities.A set of reforming and improving efforts are required in order that the modern lawsuit can work systematically by combining its own function with the functions of exerting the power of state and law.To make it whole,feasible measures are also suggested.
