Abstract
Risk management is an essential part of each project.In this paper,the existing risk management systems are introduced and analyzed,and then the three core elements-gantt chart,probability-impact matrix and role access control-of risk management plan for large aircraft project are designed.Finally the large aircraft project risk management planning decision-making system is successfully developed,providing good interfaces for risk management identification and analysis.
