Study on programme of risk management in aircraft design and manufacture organization

The problems and deficienciesin safety information collection,analysis and risk management of aircraft design and manufacture organization were analyzed,and the safety management system(SMS) requirements of the international civil aviation organization to the aircraft design and manufacture organization were studied.The programme of safety information collection,analysis and risk management in aircraft design and manufacture organization was put forward based on the life cycle of aircraft design,manufacture and operation.The recourses of safety information collection,the methods of information analysis and the process and methods of risk management were given in detail.The programme is of great practice value for aircraft design and manufacture organization to carry out information collection,analysis and risk management.
