Abstract
Objective:To study the interaction resistance to anticoagulant rodenticides in Rattus flavipectus. Method:No-choice dieting test in lab. The poison baits, including 0.025 % warfarin, 0.025 % natriumdiphacin, 0.005 % chlorophacinone, 0.037 5 % cumatetralyl, 0.005 % bromadiolone, were used by intake in the laboratory test. Results:The death ratio was 0/5,0/5,1/5,2/5,2/5 caused by the five kinds of rodenticides in Rattus flavipectus for 4 d intake, respectively. The resistane incidance of Rattus flavipectus to bromadiolone was 50 %(5/10). The resistance incidans to warfarin was 100%(10/10), and brodifacoum was 62.5 %(5/8) with the survivors to bromadiolone or cumatetralyl or warfarin. Conclusion:The interaction resistance to anticoagulant rodenticide was found in Rattus flavipectus.
