Abstract

The graduates of higher vocational colleges are the important part in universities and colleges.The graduates’ employment in colleges has become a challenge issue and it is of great concern in China.The paper focuses on graduates’ employment of higher vocational colleges in Guangdong province,followed by analyzing three concerns in terms of government policy orientation,graduates cultivation model,and employment selection by employing unit.It states that the government plays a vital role in graduates’ employment.
