Analysis & Reflection of Employment Competitiveness of Graduates in Vocational Colleges

The employment of graduates in vocational colleges has become a focus problem of attention by family,school and community and therefore it is an important issue that vocational colleges face to enhance the competitiveness of the graduates in vocational colleges.By analyzing the employment status and work ability of graduates in vocational colleges in the 2009 and 2010 Blue Book on Employment of China's College Students,the results show that the employment rate of the graduates has a significant growth,the satisfaction of graduates' ability of 2009 generally declines and the recruitment fair organized by university is the most effective job-hunting service the graduates consider.To enhance the competitiveness of the graduates,vocational colleges should build the order-oriented training model,the modern capacity-centered curriculum system for vocational colleges and effective job-hunting service system.
