Abstract

The Party organizations in colleges are the grassroots organization of leads reform development and stabilization in university.It concerns both leading position and fundamental of the Party.We should further promote and innovative Party building in university guided by the basic principles of congress and the spirit of fourth plenum of the 17th CPC at the aspect of respect the leading status of Party Member.It mainly includes that: setting idea of Party member subject position,setting up Party member subject position system,concreting act in implement subject position of Party member.
