Abstract

The Party member's is the fundamental concept and major subject in the research of Party construction.As for the individual Party members,it refers to the Party member's recognition of his own identity,his awareness of his belonging to certain organization as well as the basis and precondition of consciously keeping the advanced features as a Party member;as for the whole Party organizations,it is the combined reflection of the Party's nature,purpose,goal and mission,as well as an important factor enhancing the Party's cohesive force and capability.
