Comparison of Clinic Curatire Effect of Mifepristone and Marvelon Treating in Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Abstract

Objective:To explore the comparison of Mifepriston and Marvelon treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding of clinical efficacy.Methods:180 cases diagnosed as perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding in patients with clinical data,were randomly divided into two groups of 90 cases.The Mifepristone group was treated with Mifepristone 12.5mg/d,Marvelon group were treated with Marvelon,the first day of the menstrual cycle 1,with service 21.7 days after starting a new cycle of continuous treatment for 3 months,two groups were compared endometrial changes and menstruation.Results:After treatment,the changes in endometrial thickness were no significant difference(P0.05);Marvelon group had amenorrhea in 80 cases during the treatment.A month after discontinuation of 8 patients resume menstruation.In Mifepristone group during the treatment 88 patients were postmenopausal.One month after treatment,6 patients resumed menstruation.Conclusion:Daily oral administration of Marvelon has a good effect and security,it is worthy of clinical application.
