Abstract

Farmers are the main driving force in the construction of new socialist countryside.The formation of new-type farm- ers will be the intrinsic motive force for the drive of new socialist countryside construction and represents its starting point and final destination.The formation of new farmers needs external help and promotion;however,what is fundamental is the birth of a new rural culture.In other words,external enlightenment has to be internalized.It is,therefore,concluded that what lies in the core for the scientific outlook of rural development is the birth of the new intrinsic culture and the reconstruction of the countryside by the new-type farmers.
