On New Model Theory Pattern of Legal Aid System in China

Abstract

Discussion on China's legal aid system,should not be confined only to concrete system construction,but be promoted to theoretical altitude.With construction of harmonious society,the construction of model theory pattern of legal aid system becomes urgent and significant.It is necessary to discuss the New Model Theory Pattern of Legal Aid System in China from the perspectives of value base,economy foundation,politics base and humanity basis.
