Abstract

Objective: To study the anti-HBV activity of YiDuTiaoPingYe(YDTP) on cultured 2.2.15 cells. Methods: Using 2.2.15 cells to conduct external culture, and evaluate activity of YDTP restraining HBV. Results: The inhibitory rates of YDTP on HBsAg/HBeAg expression of 2.2.15 cells were 19.64%~57.93% and 21.31%~ 60.22% respectively. The inhibition was in a dose-dependent manner. TI(therapy index) was 3.27, 3.64 on HBsAg and HBeAg respectively. The amount of HBV DNA in the supernatant of 2.2.15 cells cultured with YDTP decreased obviously and dose-dependently. Conclusion: The data indicate that YDTP has a stronger inhibitory effect on secretion of HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA in 2.2.15 cell culture.
