Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the effect of 911 anti-HBV in Hep G 2 2215 cell culture. Methods: Different doses of 911 were added to the Hep G 2 2215 cell for culturing, supernatant was collected and HBsAg, HBeAg were detected.HBV-DNA in the extract of cell was detected by dot hybridization. Results:The toxicity was very low and TC 50 was 44.8mg/ml; 911 had certain extent of inhibit effect for HBeAg,there was a dose-effect relationship and the IC50 was 17.3mg/ml,TI was 3.37.Conclusion: 911 also can inhibit the HBV-DNA replication but only a small inhibited effect for HBsAg can be found.
