Abstract
A pest and disease monitoring system was designed and developed based on SuperMap IS.NET,combing WEBGIS technology,with the database and.NET technology.The system made good function on the information release and retrieval of WebGIS.It efficiently achieved network sharing of agricultural pest and disease data.The system also effectively realized the dynamic monitoring of the agricultural pest and disease through analysis and handle of spatial data,providing timely,accurate and intuitive decision making for the control of agricultural diseases and pests.
