Abstract
This system is associated with the agricultural pests and diseases,the combination of GIS and agricultural pest data information,research took place in Anhui two crops of wheat and rice on the occurrence of the disease.The design model of the system selected the B / S structure,using VS 2005 as a front to develop tools and SQL Server 2000 database to provide background data to support the use of ADO.NET database technology system to a secure connection and access,the use of the provision of ArcGIS Server 9.2 map display and analysis functions.Introduced the virtue of selected WEBGIS plat in this system,then the system fuction and modules designing overview.Finally,the system design of the early warning released module,information referral modules,and pest information trends modules in detail the process flow design and a detailed description of some code.
