Abstract

This article explores the conceptual meaning of Tao and De(Morality).Tao is the way of heaven, and De is the virtue of heaven.Tao and De are in the same origin and were created in the same time.They are in relation to the study of the emperor and the regulation of pedigree in ancient times.The concepts of civilization and culture are all from them.If we divorce Tao and from way of heaven,the malpractice of human governing human will arise.Most of the explanations of Tao and De(Morality) are wrong.
