On Strengthening Function of Rural Public Goods Supply after Cancellation of Rural Taxes

Agriculture is the basic industry and a weak industry as well in China.It highly depends on rural public goods which play a decisive role in agriculture development,in rural progress and the improvement of farmers' living standard.However,agriculture public goods supply is confronted with further predicament because the decrease of township financial resources after cancellation of rural taxes.Thus strengthening township government's function of rural public goods supply becomes the best choice to solve the problem of rural public goods shortage and consolidate the legal basis of township government.
