On the Enlightenment of The Mode of "Ruling by Law" in Laws

Abstract

The paper proposes that by lawis the core of the mixed politics, which is a new by lawmode that assimilates the monarch system and democratic system. Basing on the analysis of the ruling by lawof Plato, the paper expounds the value in the enlightenment of the Plato'ruling by lawmode to the China's the political transformation.
