Ruling with law is an important thought in Plato's Politicus which is a(breakthrough in the early stage of ruling by man.The paper analyses the historical origin of Plato's transformation of political thought,the mode of ruling with lawand its features.On the basis of such analysis,the paper further expounds its significance.
