Abstract
The marine sediment in Lianyungang sea area and waste sawdust were used as sorbent to adsorb Zn2+ in water. The adsorption rate of the two sorbent before and after modification was studied;and the effects of adsorption time,temperature,pH,Zn2+ concentration and sorbent dose on the adsorption ability to Zn2+ was discussed. The results showed that modified sorbent has strong chelating and adsorption ability, thus could adsorb Zn2+.These two sorbent was cheap and had research prospect.
