Abstract

Objective:To Observe microvascular decompression of the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia clinical curative effect, study on etiology and correlative factors. Methods:The retrospective analysis of 43 cases of PTN patients with clinical data, summary and analysis of clinical treatment and its complications.Results:43cases were cured 38 cases(88.37%),effective in 3 cases(6.97%),Effective 1 cases(2.33%),1 case ineffective(2.33%);The total effective rate was 97.67%,Follow-up of 3~18 months, the relapse of one patient,no serious complications and deaths. Conclusion:Microvascular decompression of the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia might be safe and effective,Cure rate is high, the recurrence rate is low, trigeminal nerve function can get effective protection.
