Natural gas price formation mechanism reform and price regulation mechanism design in China

China's energy structure,natural gas is a clean energy and important strategic resources,the rational development and utilization and security of supply for building China's clean energy system,the development of low-carbon economy and promoting China's economic security has become increasingly important status and role.On the analysis of the gas industry status and government regulation evolution,through the study of the various stakeholders in the industry chain,combined with China's natural gas price formation mechanism reform pilot projects to build the operational mechanism of China's natural gas price regulation,in order to achieve the natural gas resources optimize the configuration and security of supply.
