Abstract
It is necessary to regulate natural gas industry in China. By learning regulation practical experiences of natural gas industry regulation in foreign mature markets, it presents that the basic direction reforming natural gas industry regulation model should be building up a law system for natural gas industry and a fare supervision system to promote the reform of natural gas pricing mechanism.
