Theory and Demonstration of Undertaking the International Transfer of Service Industry and Upgrading Industrial Structure in Shandong Province

Abstract

This paper analyzes the transmission mechanism of international transfer of service industry can improve the undertaking place's upgrading of industrial structure.Furthermore,the result of testing by using 1990—2009 data indicates that the effect of undertaking the international transfer of service industry to Shandong province's upgrading of industrial structure is positive but not obvious.Therefore,further adjustments and reformations on institution,talent,and technology and so on are necessary.
