Abstract
Lu Xun had planed to write three novels about the history of Tang Dynasty, the Red Army's Long March and the intellectuals, but he didn't accomplish them in the end. This is undoubtedly a great regret of Chinese literature. On the other hand, the choice showed some of Lu Xun's literary ideas.
