Abstract
With acceleration of the process of urbanization and mobility,traffic congestion is rapidly becoming one of the important constraints for urban development.It′s an inevitable choice that giving priority to the development of urban rail traffic to ease urban traffic congestion situation and implement the sustainable development strategy decided by highly congregation of the city′s residents and the limited road space resources.From China specific national conditions,the city′s economy,communications,population and geographical conditions,constructing a really suitable for urban rail transport system to make greater contributions for economy development.
