Abstract
The definition of the tort law responsibility of many people in no intention communication depends on the relation to joint tort of the law,which is related to understanding of intercommunity of joint tort.The conclusion of joint tort should use relevancy joint tort law.Many people tort law act in no intention communication can be classified into joint tort and independent tort in no intention communication and joint tort act can be classified into joint tort act of intention communication and joint tort act of no intention communication in tort act law.
