Abstract
In the paper, taking chloroacetic acid and isopropyl alcohol as raw materials, microwave heating was used to prepare carboxynethyl chitosan. The process parmeters of the preparation of carboxymethyl chitosan were optimized and carboxymethyl chitosan profucts were got with the highest degree of substitution of 90.35%.The structure of the products was characterized by IR,and finally the carboxymethyl chitosan made with the best process parameters were optimized to deal with wastewater, and the flocculation performance were investigated.
