Study on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Indigenous Innovation Capability of Fujian Province

This article uses the statistical data and the material,has analyzed the Fujian Province independent innovation ability present situation and the existence question,based on this and proposes five countermeasures:Optimizes the Fujian innovation environment and speeds up the institutional innovations;Strengthens the platform which the region innovation and the industrial colony's layout and the instruction,the construction core talented person gathers,to enlarge the innovation resources investment dynamics,to accelerate the Fujian science and technology basic requirement to share the platform construction.
