Construction and Measures of New Rural Science and Technology Service Innovation System Mode in Fujian Province

Abstract

The structural characteristics of rural science and technology service system were analyzed,and on this basis,the existing rural science and technology service modes in Fujian province and their shortages were summarized.Meanwhile,this article put forward the essential characteristics and construction principles of new rural science and technology service innovation system in Fujian province,creatively designed the general framework of this system,and finally brought forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions on the effective construction of this new development mode.
