A Study on Portfolio Construction in Intellectual Property Securitization of High- tech Small and Medium- Sized Enterprises

Small and Medium- Sized Enterprises( SMEs) play an important role in improving the level of Chinese science and technology and innovation ability. But because they have the characteristics of small scale and weak anti- risk ability, they face the common problem of financing difficulties. Intellectual property securitization is an innovative way of financing for SMEs,combined with their own advantages. We focus our discussion on the selection of infrastructure assets of intellectual property securitization and also do a detailed research on how to use the theory of portfolio to construct assets portfolio in intellectual property securitization of SMEs.
