Abstract

The asset securitization could fruit the financing tunnels for SMEs in our country,anyhow there are many terms needed to apply that.This paper starts from an economic angle,and states that as to the SMEs,to have a successful asset securitization,they should have a certain scope and time limit to decrease the cost.Furthermore,it is important to build a successful trust system before the popularizing of asset securitization for the SMEs.
