Abstract
Based on the theory of landscape and the index of landscape pattern,ten indices including total area,mean patch area,area-weighted mean shape index,mean proximity index,area-weighted mean fractal dimension index,mean euclidean nearest neighbor distance,shannon's diversity index,shannon's evenness index,patch richness density and aggregation index,were selected to analyze the dynamics of the forest landscape pattern in Siding mine from 2000 to 2009.The results showed that the main forest landscape types in Siding mine were forest and shrub.The patch shape of the forest and shrub lands were more irregular and the patch's boundary shape were more complex,moreover,the distance between the same patch were close and the distribution of them were reunion.By the influence of human,the total area and patch number of the forest were both smaller in 2005.At the same time,the density of patches,the patch fragmentation,the diversity index and the evenness index in 2005 were lower,too.However,as people paid more and more attention to the forest environment,the forest landscape pattern had made a lot of optimization in 2009.The forest landscape developed gradually to be more and more complicated,uniform and diverse.Landscape aggregation index increased gradually to 80.19% in 2009,and the landscape patch connected more and more closely.
