Abstract
Harmonious distribution is an important guarantee of fast and smooth economic development in enterprises,basis of harmonious society and the premise of acquiring economic and social benefits.Therefore,we must deal with the relationship between the interests of enterprises and workers,mechanisms of mobilizing and stabilizing and distribution on terms of labor and that on terms of productive factors.
