Clinical Research of Postoperative Patient Controlled Intravenous Analgesia with Dezocine Combined with Sufentanil after Radical Operation for Malignant Tumour

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of dezocine combined with sufentanil for postoperative patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA)after radical operation of malignant tumour. Methods 80 patients with abdominal malignant tumor(ASA grade Ⅰ or Ⅱ) underwent radical operation in our hospital from June 2011 to April 2012 were randomly divided into sufentanil group(S group),which was given sufentanil 2.5 μg/kg + tropisetron 6 mg,and dezocine combined with sufentanil group(DS group),which was given dezocine 0.25 mg/kg + sufentanil 1.5 μg/kg + tropisetron 6 mg.The visual analog scale(VAS),Bruggrmann comfort scale(BCS),Ramsay sedation scale,the efficient number of pressing times within 48h,the efficacy of postoperative analgesia and adverse effect rate were observed and recorded at 2 h(T1),6 h(T2),12 h(T3),24 h(T4),and 48 h(T5)postoperatively. Results The VAS and BCS between the two groups at each time point showed no statistically significant differences(Fgroup=3.36,Ftime=4.98,P=0.12;Fgroup=3.75,Ftime=5.68,P=0.15).The Ramsay sedation scale between the two groups at each time point all showed statistically significant differences(Fgroup=1.91,Ftime=2.45,P=0.0089).The efficient numbers of pressing times within 48 h in two groups were(5.1±0.6) times and(4.7±0.8) times respectively in S group and DS group,showing no statistically significant difference(t=0.851,P=0.20).The efficacy of postoperative analgesia between S group and DS group showed statistically significant difference(u=2.683,P0.05).No patient showed respiratory depression in both groups.The incidence of nausea,vomiting and drowsiness between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(P0.05),while the incidence of pruritus and urinary retention between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Dezocine combined with sufentanil can provide effective postoperative analgesia with little adverse effect for PCIA patients after radical operation for malignant tumor.
