Efficacy analysis of dezocine and sufentanil on postoperative analgesia in patients with colorectal cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of dezocine combined sufentanil on patient-controlled in intravenous analgesia (PCIA) after colorectal cancer surgery. Methods Sixty colorectal cancer patients underwent laparoscopic radical resection were selected, and they were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 30 cases in each group. Twenty minutes before the operation was completed, 0.1 μg/kg sufentanil was injected intravenously. PCIA was carried out 48 h after operation, group A was treated with 0.5 mg/kg dezocine+ 1.0 μg/kg sufentanil, and group B was treated with 2.0 μg/kg sufentanil. The analgesic effects were compared between the two groups. Results Hypotension and bradycardia of the two groups were not fund during the observation period (P>0.05), blood pressure and heart rate in the group A increased 12, 24 h after operation(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in postoperative VAS, Ramsay score at same time point postoperative between the two groups (P>0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group A was less than that in group B, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Dezocine combined with sufentanil has good analgesia effect on PCIA after colorectal cancer surgery, with fewer adverse reactions, which can reduce the dosage of sufentaniln.
