Abstract

The higher education has entered the stage of cultural construction and quality improvement.The most important task is to construct the teahcing staff and the management system for teachers' development.This paper shares some good experience of teaching staff constructing in foreign countries and analysizes some problems in China.Therefore,it puts forward some advice and suggestions to meet the demand of sustainable development of the teaching staff in colleges and universities.
