Abstract

On the basis of the household contract responsibility system and the double-tier management system with unified and separate operations,the paper tries to discuss how to develop land capitalization and market-orientation and to achieve the sound circulation of rural land,and then to offer a practical and feasible road for promoting rural land circulation,achieving agricultural industrialization and scale-enlarged management.The experience of land circulation at home and abroad is significant to the innovations of rural land circulation system under the new land policies.
