About the Standardization of Intellectual Property Rights and Monopoly

Abstract

As an intangible property right, intellectual property fights are a monopolistic right in essence, and its operating mechanism contains predisposition to monopoly. The article, by studying the fact that intellectual property rights predispose to monopoly and its manifestations, comes up with some legal measures to curb the illegitimate competition caused by intellectual property rights.
