Rights exhausted of intellectual property and its significance in law

Intellectual property is a monopoly*ss rights in intellectual result. Nature of monopoly is one of characteristic in intellectual property. Meanwhile, intellectual property has nature of invisible and time. Besides, when intellectual property come into market, its monopoly*ss rights is exhausted at the first time, then it no longer enjoys the monopoly*ss rights, it is called rights exhausted. The aim is to prevent from monopoly of development technology? use trademarks and spread ideas. This essay is going to state rights exhausted in intellectual property and explain parallel import in theory, which has trouble in solving in practice, and to realize benefit balance between monopoly and anti-monopoly in intellectual property.
