Exploration on the problems of agricultural college students' career planning

Based on the problems of lacking of career planning sense and execution in agricultural college students,imperfect professional guidance system of school,this paper makes analysis of the problems from three aspects: the limitations of agricultural college students themselves,the limitations of agricultural colleges and the social environment,then some measures are put forward to solve the problems such as students changing employment concepts,improve their own quality,school consummate employment service system and government strengthened policy guidance and macro-control.
