On the occupation career planning analysis for agricultural college students

In the current background of difficult employment situation for college students,agricultural college students' employment is even increasingly becoming difficult,which is eager to be solved.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the college students' career planning education,it is pointed out that the agricultural college students' career planning education mode is single,and among part of the agricultural college students there exists poor career planning consciousness,lack of effective self-perception and self orientation,without reasonable career planning and design,but with the excessive high expectation of career development.Therefore,this paper suggests that financial and institutional supports to the agricultural colleges employment should be strengthened,the construction of the teaching staff of the agricultural college students' career planning should be speeded up,and the agricultural college students' career planning consciousness cultivation should be promoted.By enhancing the social practice teaching,the agricultural college students are guided to design a reasonable and practical career route.
