On the Establishment of a New Pattern in the Value Subject of Criminal Law

Abstract

As the soul of criminal law, the value of criminal law must gain available support from the value subjects of criminal law. The important role of criminal victims in the essence and structure of a crime demands that criminal victims play an important role in the pattern of value subjects of criminal law, and find a suitalbe living space in the value of criminal law.
