The Research on Criminal Law Interpretation and Improving Criminal Law

Beccaria's pursuit of criminal law with no need of explanationis the ideal state of perfect criminal law,which is the pursuit of the legislation system of criminal law. Rigorous and detailed articles of the criminal law are the prerequisite for constructing the lawful society. However,the perfection of criminal law is a gradual process,coldn't accomplish at one stroke. In judicial practice,the choice of the specific provisions of criminal law to the complex criminal cases cannot do without the explanation of criminal law. On one hand,the interpretation of criminal law is helpful to realize individual justice; on the other hand,the interpretation of criminal law can promote the perfection of criminal law system. Without denying,in addition to the interpretation of criminal law,criminal law improvement needs more exploration and research on the theory and practice.
